Hello, potential homeowners! My name is Talith Saunders and I am happy to serve as your Richmond Realtor! I have been a real estate licensee for 20 years and I absolutely love making my clients' dreams come true through homeownership. I specialize in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties as well as consulting for investing purposes.
Originally from New York City, I have been a proud resident of Richmond for over 30 years. It's the city where I have raised my family and made lifelong friends. I have been fortunate enough to both work and/or live in both the city and each of the surrounding counties of Henrico, Chesterfield and Hanover, which has given me an intimate knowledge of the areas and all the amenities they have to offer. I am certain that Richmond has everything that anybody could ever need in a home, and that’s what I love about the city—its abundance in style and neighborhoods.
My first career as a Paralegal at some of the Richmond Tri-City areas top law firms and corporate legal departments has provided me with valuable skills that I use daily in real estate contract writing, negotiations, and effectively communicating with attorneys, title companies, bank officers and mortgage companies. When it comes to my clients, I believe in a philosophy of transparency; “I feel that in creating something of value one has to first lead with integrity, which then creates a solid foundation to do great business together.”
